Refund Policy
1. Digital Content Delivery
Fantasy Joker provides immediate access to proprietary data-processing tools and technical calculations. Due to the nature of digital services and the immediate value provided upon subscription, all sales are generally final and non-refundable.
2. Subscription and Cancellation
- Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account dashboard or through the Lemon Squeezy portal.
- No Partial Refunds: Following cancellation, you will continue to have access to the service until the end of your current billing cycle. We do not provide prorated or partial refunds for unused portions of a subscription period.
3. Merchant of Record
All transactions are processed by our reseller, Lemon Squeezy. As the Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy is responsible for the processing of payments and the handling of any approved refund requests.
4. Exceptional Circumstances
While we maintain a strict "no refund" policy, we may, at our sole discretion, consider refund requests in the following specific instances:
- Duplicate charges resulting from a technical system error.
- Proven technical failure of the platform that prevented access for more than 48 consecutive hours.
- Requests made within 24 hours of an accidental renewal, provided the service has not been accessed during that time.
5. EU Right of Withdrawal
Residents of the European Union have a statutory 14-day right to withdraw from digital service contracts. However, by purchasing a subscription and accessing the Fantasy Joker tools, you expressly consent to the immediate performance of the service and acknowledge that you waive your right of withdrawal once the digital content is accessed.
