1. Introduction

Fantasy Joker ("we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how your personal information is collected, used, and disclosed by Fantasy Joker. By accessing or using our service, you signify that you have read, understood, and agree to our collection, storage, and use of your personal information as described in this policy.

2. Information We Collect

Account Data: When you register, we collect your email address and account credentials.
Email Address: If you give us your email address (for example, when requesting a free Season Pass, or through your account or a purchase), we keep it so we can send you updates about Fantasy Joker, such as when a new season starts and how to activate your Premium access. Every marketing email lets you unsubscribe, and after you do we will not send you any more. You can also ask us to delete your email at any time at the address below.
Transaction Data: We use a third-party payment provider as our Merchant of Record (such as: Stripe, Rapyd, PayMe, Pay.com etc...). While we receive confirmation of your subscription status, we do not collect or store your credit card numbers or full billing details. These are handled exclusively by our payment provider in compliance with PCI-DSS standards.
Technical Data: We automatically collect certain information when you visit our site, including your IP address, browser type, and operating system, to ensure the technical stability of our "calculator" interface.

3. Use of Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

To provide and maintain the Fantasy Joker service.
To manage your subscription and provide customer support.
To send you occasional emails about Fantasy Joker, which you can opt out of at any time.
To improve our data-processing algorithms and user interface.
To comply with legal obligations and prevent prohibited use of our platform.

4. Cookies and Tracking

We use cookies to enhance your experience, remember your preferences, and analyze site traffic. You can instruct your browser to refuse all cookies, but certain features of the Fantasy Joker tool may not function correctly as a result.

5. Third-Party Services

Our service relies on third-party integrations (e.g., Yahoo Fantasy API). These services have their own privacy policies, and we recommend that you review them. We do not sell or rent your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

6. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. International Data Transfers (GDPR/CCPA)

If you are accessing our service from the European Economic Area (EEA) or California, you have specific rights regarding your data, including the right to access, delete, or correct your personal information. To exercise these rights, please contact us at the email provided below.
